Unable to read a Bank Statement

<p>I have been waiting for a refund from the above for two months. </p> <p>I have sent 6 emails and they keep asking for Proof of Payment. Of which if has sent them.</p> <p>I wrote another one to day 30-11-2016 and get a response to tell me they have gone through the whole month of DECEMBER and find no credit. Well duh - its not even December. the payment was made in September.</p> <p>What absolute disgusting service.</p>
