Bad service

Bought ps4 skin from CC entertainment last year a month down the line it started pulling off,fair enough they refund me with a ps4 controller shell went to have it put on at a gaming shop where they had to break the shell to get my controller out as nothing wanted to work I let CC entertainment know they called back only to tell me I was given the wrong shell,i asked to talk to the manager he told me I should have taken it to a professional and they will replace it only if I bring my controller to them i mean they only open Monday to Friday and when I pointed out that I work during the week and I’m about 1 hours drive from them he never got back to me every time I ask to talk to someone higher than the manager I get ignored I’m really disappointed and disgusted in how they handle customers complaints
