The most *********** company I dealt with!

On the 18th July I went and saw C&C Embroidery services. The lady showed me around and we discussed the work I want done.<br> <br> On the 20th July I received their quote. Yes, I changed my mind and added two more logos to be embroidered.<br> <br> On the 22nd July it was confirmed via email that the shirt would be ready by Friday the 24th July.<br> <br> On the 24th they came with the excuse that it cannot be done as the two new logos takes a lot of time to digitise.<br> <br> From there the promises were made telephonically that the shirt would be ready on the following dates:<br> 1 Aug, 3 Aug 5 Aug, 6 Aug and 7 Aug. Not just me phoning your company to enquire but also your company phoning me to confirm the dates.<br> <br> The last call was on the morning of the 7th August when a lady phoned to say it will be ready that afternoon. After it was promised to be done by yesterday. I asked what time and after she spoke to some gentleman confirmed 3pm. Only to receive a call at 2 pm and oh so sorry sir, we never collected the shirt we ordered for you.<br> <br> This is serious incompetence! It means all the other supposedly the shirts will be ready by dates were plain lies!
