Appalling service

<p>On the 1st of August I went to collect shirts that had been done for our company. After being told three different dates to come and collect it each time I received a different excuse as to why it was not ready even though I had been told to come in and collect it. Today was the last time , I was told to come in and collect it. They would not release it due to and I quote " other clients do not pay so we cannot release yours " my material which our company had paid for would not be released due to other clients not paying. Sarie the lady in which I dealt was unforgivably rude, extremely unprofessional and I was appalled the way she dealt with me. I can honestly say if you are from a well reputed company such as myself save the immense frustration time and energy and do not use them!!!</p>
