********** deductions from CC Cash Loans

I take small loans once a mnth as this is difficult times but frm the beginning of this year 2019 there have been double deductions the second of which i always was never informed.when i contacted my bank i was told a second loan was taken using card number and not swiping...ive called their head office with little assistance
