****** Good off vehicle Whilst in the Possession of C&C Autobody

After my accident. my vehicle was collected and taken to C&C Autobody Lydenburg workshop ( They were under the impression my vehicle would be written off ), it was ascertain that various parts had been removed from the vehicle ( I have proof of all these, whereby C&C sent me photos on a quotation of all the parts. Upon collection and inspection these part had been removed or replaced with old parts ). These included, inter alia, the intercooler; injectors; computer box, components going with these parts; 10inch Kicker subwoofer; and Kicker amplifier (“the parts”). These parts were removed from the vehicle whilst the vehicle was under their care and control and they had a duty to look after the vehicle whilst in their possession. They failed to act with reasonable care and as a result I has suffered damages in the sum of R68,000 (sixty eight thousand Rand) which I have had to incur to replace the parts. All proof has been given and sent, yet I get told to sue them, sent Lawyers letter and still just get ignored. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS AUTOBODY TO ANYONE AS I HAVE HEARD FROM PEOPLE THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME PARTS HAVE BEEN ****** OFF PEOPLES VEHICLE.
