Repairs of a Samsung Fridge

CBZ Technologies makes money out of *****ing from customers as they had to come and repair my fridge and it became worse. The team from CBZ technologies appliance and electrical repairs came to my house for an over freezing Fridge on 27/12/2017. They mentioned they have changed the filter dryer, flashed the system, vacuumed and cleaned the condenser. An hour later after they have left, I have noticed the fridge is no longer getting cold and the temperature setting system is no longer displaying. I immediately phoned them and requested that they come back to check what the issue can be, they came back and claimed that they maybe damaged the sensor by mistake and they will buy and came back to replace it. They never came back since and I was faced with rotten food in the fridge.

I have made continuous follow ups with them on 28/12/2017 and they kept promising that they will come and rectify the issue and no one came. I eventually phoned 24/7 Fridge & Electrical repairs around 07h00 in the evening and they immediately came and fixed the fridge. Strange enough, 24/7 did exactly what CBZ said they did and the fridge was fine. To me it therefore means that CBZ did not do the job and they charged me R2800 for nothing.
