Faulty repairs and damage to appliance

Also goes under the name CBZ Technologies, Centurion Repairs and Perfect Repairs, this is all part of the same bunch of people. The "owner" goes by the name Brian. There are various telephone numbers for them the one I called initially is ********** and this is supposedly Brian's number. My toploader machine starteed to give me problems, I googled and found them as Centurion Repairs. They where helpfull and came to collect the Saturday and said I would get it back Tuesday it is the gearbox. After not hearing from them I phoned and was informed they are still busy. After a lot of calls and sms's I finally got the machine back with the top lid broken and glued back on. I was told they are waiting for the part. Using the washing machine it started doing the exact same thing it was taken to repair. My conclusion is that they either did not replace the part or used a 2nd hand one and it got damaged. Brian does not respond other that they are still looking for the lid but nothing about the fault it was collected to fix.
