CBZ Technology Appliance Repair Poor workmanship and service

At first they were eager to do the repair in the refrigerator. And shortly after we experienced problems where the refrigerator is icing in the outside and is making noise. I have contacted the several times where they get arrogant and sometimes make empty promises. Its two weeks now without them responding to the compliant and requesting a technician on site. They trade as CBZ but if you call the numbers they are actually linked to several business names which I assume all belongs to them as the contact numbers are on the invoice. ie Appliance and Electrical Plumbing repairs Centurion (011) ********** as well as Brian Appliances ********** as well as the number ********** . I've also requested their company registration number which they could not give me nor could they give me the name of the owner. I've corresponded via calls as well as WhatsApp with no luck. The last person I spoke to called himself Craig. I would not recommend then to anyone neither do I think they should be in the market doing business.
