Bad Service

Repair no # 0011 On the 24/12/ 17, we called technicians to come out & service our Fridge (Changing filter dryer & remove leak)

They informed us that it will cost R1500, call out fee incl to repair fridge. I asked them would this fix the issue, they rep**** it would. Our Fridge lasted 2 weeks & it began to overheat the motor.

On the 10/01/18 they came out again & said it needed a new pipe & regasing.

They then came again 1 week later they were by us again & informed me that they placed the incorrect gas which caused the until to overheat & they need to regas with R600A to fix the problem. during this time i called on numerous occasions to the head office for one of the owners to call me & nobody did, i sent WhatsApp messages to the following no ********** 5 & ********** & not one person called to apologies.

The techs came out again a 4th time & then informed us that there is now another leak & they would have to put in copper pipes to fix another issue.

As far as I’m concerned this was **** service form the beginning, The technicians should have looked properly to find all leaks before charging me such a large amount.

When i asked them do all new fridges come with aluminium pipes they told me they do. By the way i purchased a new fridge yesterday & they come with copper pipes standard. So they were trying to charge ma an additional R500 to make a quick buck.

I’m not happy with the service given & i would not recommend this company to anyone in the future.
