What are this people about???????????????????
<p> This company's people have been harassing me. Did order a cartridge from them. The cartridge was delivered. </p> <p>They send me another one without me ordering. OK Got a Pick & Pay gift card of R50.00</p> <p>They send me another one. OK Got a Pick & Pay gift card of R50.00</p> <p>Then they send 2 cartridges with a Pick & Pay gift card of R100.00</p> <p>Then one of their staff called me saying that from now on I must phone them if I need any more stock. Great. By this time I started getting a bit apprehensive.</p> <p>But they persistantly call me telling me that stock are being sent. I must admit that I would drop the phone in the staff's ear since I found it hard to get it into their heads that I was not interested in any more cartridges.</p> <p>Now their story is that I am obliged to take 10 cartridges in total as this has been our arrangement. I am certainly not aware of this arrangement. When I asked mr. Jones who phoned me today to please make the taped conversation available where his staff member phoned me and told me that in future I will have to phone them for a cartridge order it is to costly according to him. What is the purpose of taped conversation? </p> <p> </p>
