We tried out a cartridge once from them to test. After that they then just sent cartridges without us ordering, or an official order. The first time it was unfortunately unknowingly collected from the post office. We accepted the cartridges and paid for them, but made it clear to them we did not want more and to close our account, as we were not happy with the price or the copy output we were getting from the cartridges.<br> <br> Since then they have harassed me regularly about sending more cartridges and have tried to again just send the cartridges, which we are refusing to collect at the post office. We are now receiving bullying and threatening calls from a man named Craig, who insists we still owe them money. We have asked him to send us their recon to show where we owe them money as we have made payment and even sent him proof. To date he has not supp**** anything to back up his claim. He is also insisting we are responsible for payment of the uncollected cartridges and becomes aggressive and resorts to shouting and underhanded comments, when we tell him we are not.<br>
