CBS PRINT CONSUMABLES – ABUSIVE AND THREATENING BEHAVIOUR

A casual helping out have received a parcel from a Courier.

Then Kelly called, saying that if we pay immediately, we will be discounted. I was surprised as I have not ordered anything and we use Minolta printers, maintained by Minolta, as well as a local printing company who also prints our labels (as we use a lot of labels). We have contracts/written agreements with both companies, as we buy bulk only. I send a mail to Kelly, requesting proof of the orders, or credit applications. I immediately afterwards was contacted by a person with an American accent, saying that he wants to know when payment could be expected. When I explained to him that we do not use the cartridges and that the business never ordered it as we have fixed contracts, he started shouting at me. He was aggressive and made me nervous. He started shouting at me--- a potential customer he has to keep happy!!

Minutes later a man, Craig, called me. He had lost his American accent now, and sounded like an Indian person. He was abusive and aggressive and very, very rude. He also shouted and said that we are just a Mickey Mouse company. He threatened that we have to pay before 17:00 today or he is going to take us to court, etc... This is payment for a cartridge that was send back to them by registered post. He kept on shouting for minutes, not giving me a second to respond. The he actually put the phone down in my ear. I have recorded this. Do you think they are ********?
