<p>We have the same issues with these guys as everybody else on this forum. </p> <p>Constant phone calls demanding money for goods we did not order, yes they were delivered via post office but we did no order them!!!</p> <p>They refuse to collect their products. We have even offered to deliver the cartridges back to them. The screaming and shouting over the phone is so unprofessional and uncalled for. </p> <p>We have told them we do not want the product, the box is still sealed. We have never seen this invoice they claim we have to pay.</p> <p>They want to come collect the money in cash at our Johannesburg office, even though the goods are in Cape Town. </p>
