RUDE, *********, ABUSIVE AND BIG ********!!

So this company phoned my admin lady to tell her that they want to send her a Pick a Pay voucher, they asked for her work address and after she gave all the details they asked her what chemicals does our company use? She told them and then they said they will send a sample with the Pick a Pay voucher. Four weeks later a 25Lt chemicals was delivered at our company with a invoice of R 2773.00... I MEAN REALLY?? Who in their right mind will pay that kind of money for a chemical that they never tested?? I pay for the exact same chemical R 350.00 a 25lt. My admin lady immediately let them know that we don't want this ridiculous expensive chemicals and then the bullying started, they phone us every single day and threat us over the phone, they don't give you a chance to speak and when you try to say something they tell you, you may not speak. The chemicals is on it's way back to them because I will never ever pay that kind of money for chemicals. If they don't stop phoning me, my wife or our work phone I will take this to the police and my attorneys. PLEASE PEOPLE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND SAY IMMEDIATELY NO WHEN THEY PHONE YOU. They are extremely rude and abusive and big ********!!
