Incredibly rude and not so sure its legit!!

I ordered a cartridge which apparently would last for thousands of copies. This was paid for. A month later another arrives. We immediately called to say we had not ordered this - why would we have done so if they last so long and wanted to return it to the courier who had just dropped it!!! The person on the phone said that there was no record of the order or delivery so I couldn`t return it??. I said when you find the paperwork let me know and I will return the unopened cartridge. This is when \Mr Polite"started the bullying phone calls and verbally abusing my staff. We mentioned that there were also no bank details on the invoice and have not received them but the phone calls have continued.<br> <br> I don`t know how this company can operate this way and get away with it. <br> <br> BOTTOM LINE - DON`T ORDER THE FIRST CARTRIDGE COS THE NEXT WILL ARRIVE WITHOUT AN ORDER AND YOU ARE PESTERED WITH RUDE AND ABUSIVE PHONE CALLS - NOT BY THE MANAGER BUT APPARENTLY BY THE OWNER HIMSELF WHO SAYS HE CAN BE RUDE TO YOUR STAFF BECAUSE HE IS ALSO A BOSS AND \""YOU ARE JUST THE WORKERS\""!!!!!<br> """
