CBS Print Consumables shocking service & product

I would just like to advise any company to avoid and not trust or use @CBS Print Consumables. Their address is 47 Calvin Road Bramley Johannesburg 2090. Tel ********** Attention Grant. In December 2015 they called and asked if I needed cartridges, I said No Thank you. They then said they would send anyway and I could pay when I started using them. They sent 6 cartridges out of their own, not at my request. They then spent 6 months harassing me for payment, threatening with Lawyers & debt collectors. I had still not used 1 cartridge. To get rid of the negativity and brutal harassment I paid the invoice in full. R3419.94. Only to find out that the 2 magenta cartridges are faulty. I then contacted them for a replacement, which they ignored. I then asked a Lawyer friend to help, 3 months later they have still not responded or assisted in the matter. Once we advised that we would be going to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud, they called and yelled at the lawyer to say that it's not the cartridges but my printer. Which has been working all year with no problems & not 1 of their cartridges. So Please take my advise and avoid them, please spread the word.
