CBS - Manipulative, aggressive, ********* Business Practices

1. We have no verbal or written agreement with CBS, but they said we "agreed to" for a minimum quota of 20. We were then billed for R3216,44 for the "Discounted amount paid back by the customer" - bcuse we didn't buy our quota 2. I have worked out all the discount we have received since 2016 and it only amounts to R2300,82. The owner?? refuses to explain how he arrived at the figure of R3216,44. He said I must pay all outstanding money before he will discuss how he arrived at the invoiced figures. 3. My staff has been coerced into buying cartridges that they did not need. 4. I have tried to return the cartridges, but the owner refuses to send a driver to collect them or give me the business address so that I can drop them off. 5. He has phoned the school or a staff member daily - harassing and threatening the staff. He is rude and aggressive on the phone and is not open to an amicable solution. He constantly twists the facts about what my staff has done and said. 6.The cost of the cartridges are unacceptably high. They are not originals and we have had quality issues with them. CBS charge R685,32 for a generic black cartridge. The cost at a local store for an original cartridges is R450. They charge R818,65 for a colour generic cartridge yet for an original a local store they charge R560. CBS then offers a "discount" which actually isn't a discount at all and their "bulk order" pricing is more expensive than buying them singly elsewhere. CBS are exploiting their customers on pricing.
