Avoid

<p>They phoned me offering to provide cartridges at a discount. They made a delivery which I didn't open. A lady phoned me later telling me that they had delivered the wrong product and would later come to fetch it. They haven't done so yet.</p> <p>They delivered another package without our requesting it. I checked the invoice and the products codes were for a different model. I told the driver I wouldn't accept the package.</p> <p>A David Boyd phoned me. He was very upset, wouldn't let me explain and kept on rambling. According to him I should have opened the package to check its contents.</p> <p>He insisted on speaking to my boss. I refused since she was never part of the events and would have referred him back to me anyway. He now threatens to charge an administrative fee because I didn't accept the package.</p>
