Appalling!!!

I have never ever dealt with a more appalling group of people! After a miscommunication I tried returning goods on behalf of my husband (posing as his assistant, I must confess but after they shouted at him and put the phone down in his ear he was ready to ******!). I was told (shouted at, to be more accurate) that they do not run a \Mickey Mouse\" company and do not accept goods (unused, by the way) back and that is not how any serious business is run. I would maybe have thought keeping clients is how a serious business should be run and not shouting/ talking over and insulting them.... I could go over the whole horrifying story but I am sure you get the gist.<br> I have never in my life given a bad review to any business and I am inclined to understand a business' frustration in dealing with irrational clients but I felt rather inspired after being treated this way (first time in my life!).<br> Please try and not deal with this company, I would like to believe that a company who wants to do the best for their clients should rather reap the benefits.<br> "
