They damaged my house!

CBS staff were supposed to do a COC for the house im buying.

The one guy (Cobus) came 3 times and did absolutely nothing. What a complete waste of my time!

Another guy (Dillion) was then sent. He found all the problems, but didnt fix them. Said he will return the next day.

Two days later another man (Marcel) arrived at the house (not any of the first two men). He then said he was sent to fix the problems.

He started drilling, broke my wall and didnt clean up after himself. He said he will return the next day, to fix it. That was now 4 days ago and still no one from CBS has arrived at my house, to fix the problem or complete the COC for the house sale.

Ive raised this fact with the transferring attorneys (H R Joubert Attorneys (JHB)), but it seems that no one is ever home.
