Con Artists , *********** or Both ? You decide!

To make a long story short, I took my car to the CBS Auto electrical for a problem that started when the radio stopped working, I had emailed a long message detailing what was happening and what I had done. I requested over and over a quote for the work, and was told it would be emailed in the evening, over and over, never happened. I was told not to worry, it wouldn't be that much. My car sat outside the shop, in the hot sun for 9 days while I'm being told big long stories about this that and the other problem with my engine. Not once did CBS Electrical call me, only Strini his representative. I collected my car today, and a job that should have taken no more than 3-4 hours to complete, they say it took them 18 hours. I took it directly to my great mechanics at Automan, who said my car was solid and all the faults Strini was telling me about were just not there. CBS disconnected the power wire from my radio and charged me R4,500.00 and I still don't have a working radio! Beware!
