SHOCKING SERVICE AND CLIENT ASSISTANCE

I am so over being held hostage by CBRTA and there permit requirements, but yet they are far from helpful, never return phonecalls, actually never even answer the phone, fail to response to emails, online CrossEasy is HORRID, and generally a **** show on there ability to serve the transport industry!!!
