CBRTA Rude personnel and Poor Service.

I app**** for Cross Border Permits and I received the worst service from the personnel from CBRTA, apart from them not adhering to their deadline, there’s a short dark guy (Mosoma) that works at their help desk he is rude and disrespectful. Another point is that the is a lady by the name of Kele who should be giving me updates but she doesn’t answer our calls nor give updates. Only when I went to them physically I had to put pressure on them to do their job which should’ve been done a long time Shap.
