CBR CASH LOAN ****

I app**** for a loan at CBR CASH LOAN . application was done online. Great wapsite. And NCR registered. They wanted an admin fee of R1500 . Which I was reluctant to pay and I mentioned it. Agebt assured me I could take legal steps if I do not get the loan. So I paid .the fee. And then my calls do not get answered. Still no transfer. They came up with a document stating I owe taxes so that is why they cant transfer the loan. I never owed SARS . I now seek legal counsil.
