Useless service

I own a bussiness that I am selling. I needed my financials done by an accountant. I was refered to CBO by a friend. <br> <br> I made an appointment with Bevan and visited him on Thursday the 16th of April. He promised me my books would be done by the following week Tuesday. After I clearly informed him that I have buyers waiting for the books.<br> <br> He over promised and did not deliver. <br> I have called more than 5 times, left messages and sent emails and still no response.<br> <br> My books are still not done and now I have Lost a buyer for my business.
