Upon doing a business Administration course with CBM Training for 12 months. I have submitted all my modules (completed) and ended the course. Up until now, I have received no feedback or any form of communication even after I phoned them several times to check on the progress of my certificate. It has been 7 months now and I have not received my certificate or heard anything from the college.
