disappointed

I am so disappointed with this institution. I went for training around May 2019 for event management training i choose the accredited certificate. till today i am still waiting for my accredited certificate they don't even bother to communicate as to when will i get the certificate. I have to always send the follow up email what i get is the moderation takes time we will let you know until i follow up again in a month or so. I have paid the training in cash and they didn't even specify when i chose this course that the moderation takes time however i have to follow up with them and they will not communicate unless i ask.
