They stick to their commitments

The most useful reviews for a car dealership are not the ones where everything went perfectly. We all hope for that, but it does not always happen. I bought an Amarok from CBK. There were a few issues that needed attention, and those were sorted out. There was also a bigger problem that I genuinely believe they were not aware of at the time of sale. Bret from CBK was available throughout and worked with me to get the issue resolved. It cost them time, effort, and a fair amount of money, but they honoured their word. At no point did I feel like the problem would be ignored or brushed aside. While I hope your deal with them needs no follow-up after the sale, my experience shows that if something does go wrong, CBK will stand by their commitments. Based on that, I would recommend them.
