Excellent service from CBK, fast and efficient process

I recommed being cautious when dealing with this dealership, vehicle was sold with a cooling system issue which was picked up on the second day of purchase on my trip back to Durban.

After back and fourth they advised I take the vehicle to their beach in Balito, which is about an hour away from me, I advised that I cannot do this during the week and can go through on a Saturday that's when they said they were closed on weekends.

Next recommendation was to get the inspection and work done at the closest approved workshop, this was delayed on my side due to me needing to outlay my own funds for the repair, of which I did not have at the time.

The work was done on the 6th month of purchase and sent through to the dealer, then then advised that they cannot assist me with the costs incurred as I have taken too long to get the work done.

Long story short is that there has been significant evidence that showed the vehicle was sold with a defective water pump and this should have been covered by the dealership as I paid for a working vehicle, not one that I would need to spend additional funds to get to back on the road.

In addition the vehicle was sold with a spare tyre that had 3 plugs and did hold any air. This was replaced on my own accord without mentioning anything to the dealer.

I suggest a thorough inspection be done before buying a vehicle so you don't end up spending more money on a vehicle with hidden problems.
