Deliberately delaying the registration of a property for them to benefit interest since the rates and tax needs to be paid. The interest they quoted for a loan had tripled due to them stalling . From October to June it is the time it took CBI to register a property the property of less than R500k . I will not recommend this conveyancer to any of my associates.
