Unprofessional and non responsive to e mails
Completely unprofessional. We were told that we would receive our municipal deposit back 3 to 5 months from registration of transfer. We are now 17 months past that date. Out of 4 staff on the e mails, no response is sent at all. To date no feedback has been given to us without us fighting. Our refund still seems to be a mystery.
