Terrible service

Terrible service received in 2022, we’re based in Durban and they’re in Gauteng, the process of transferring our bond was awful, it took them over 8months to finally finalise our sale(bank approved in March, deed finalised in Dec, this is not a deceased estate or anything) , they have all the excuses under the sun, unapologetic and terrible at communicating too. They couldn’t liase with Ethekwini municipality because of the distance, they struggled with many logistics such as registering at PMB deeds office. If you’re not in the same town as them good luck buying a property that’s being transferred by them. Worst They’re never even apologetic, they instead find a way to blame you as an innocent buyer who didn’t even appoint them, pathetic! If I’m buying a property and I see it’s transferred by them, I’d rather not buy. I must emphasise they ALWAYS have answers to blame you or the seller with the frustrations they cause.
