Poor service for a sale
Appalling service recieved from the company for a sale dated in October 22. Ansone, Sune and Christene Jonker the superior have no sense of urgency at all. From responding to emails Ansone taking clients calls Sune not having an idea of what is happening. Today only payment is done when I came for the third time to sit at reception demanding service. And I'm told I'm not the only one with payment issues "we did our best to accommodate you guys" the level of service is very unsatisfactory. Very poor Cbi attorneys notaries & conveyances. Please note that unfortunately during the course of last week our offices experienced cable theft. Due to this our offices were without electricity from Thursday 26 January 2023 to late evening on Monday 30 January 2023. We can confirm that your payment was made within the 24 to 72 Hour time frame.
