Lodgement took forever because someone in that office dropped the ball. Kept being told "we will lodge tomorrow" and it was lodged 10 days after they said it would. It left the sellers in a precarious situation and our new home standing empty for more than two weeks. Recently the municipality informed me that I still owe a water deposit. This is after I gave CBI R12k for deposits, rates and taxes, etc. while transfer of ownership was done. Now that I ask for the proof of payment, no one can help me. It's a week since I requested proof of the payment in order to sort it out with the municipality and no one has come back to me. They are quick to take your money but very slow to do their jobs and/or to help you. I would not recommend them to anyone.
