Bad service and workmanship

The owner will sweet talk you and sell a service that is of poor quality, I asked for gamazine but he didn't do a proper pre-job now the old paint is still visible on the gamazine, he subcontracted and didn't pay the people for which I was not aware and only found out on a Friday when the workers demanded payment from me.
