Cbar management and staff verbally abusing women and children

Today my wife & daughter was cut traffic by a security then pursued an argument my daughter started recording the argument when the security offer saw this he pulled his car infront of my wife walked towards the car where my daughter was sitting an threatened her that he would break her phone. I went to the office, to report the incident the manager sent me to the police I went to them an no resolve so I guess it's ok to be aggressive & verbally threaten a 13 year old girl and even though the security is in uniform & driving a company vehicle they are comfortable with gender based verbal violence and ************.
