CB Painters - Stand/Somerset West Western Cape

Owner does not accept responsibility for any damages caused. He was paid to seal my roof, and spray painted the roof instead of painting the sealant on. After I phoned to complain about substantial damage, he refused to take responsibility. He said he would claim from his insurance, but then ignores my calls and messages. It's been almost two years, and he is know saying I have to sue him and speak through his council.
