POOR QUALITY, BAD SERVICE

After receiving a handbag I had purchased from Cazabella, I found that it had no structure to hold its shape. The outside appeared to look fine, but the inside lining felt cheap and synthetic. <br> <br> I used the bag only three times before I started to notice that the stitches from the inside pocket where coming undone. It didn't hold its shape at all! After just a week of use, the handles were tearing off! I only used the bag to carry light objects such as my cellphone and wallet. <br> <br> After emailing the Cazabella head office for the SECOND time, I finally got a response from a lady called Lattifa. She had then promised to call me. After an ENTIRE month of waiting for her call, I emailed her again. She responded with the feeble excuse that I did not answer my cell (I have never seen any miss calls, and she had never sent a follow up message). I have even tried calling to speak to her, but to no avail.<br> <br> I am absolutely disgusted at the level of service this company provides. I have spent my hard earned money on a product that is now collecting dust in my cupboard. They have done absolutely nothing to assist me! I will never again purchase a single item from them.
