Cazabella sells ******* to unsuspecting customers

Bought hand bags from Cazabella on 2 separate occasions. First bag I bought was kept unused in my cupboard and during that time I bought more bags to hand out as gifts to friends. Total amount spent was over R3,000.00. I gave the first bag to my sister as it was still sitting in my cupboard unused. After a month of use she informs me the closing mechanism broke off. On further inquiry I find out that some of the bags I bought on the 2nd occasion and given to friends as gifts have also broken shortly after being taken into use. When I e-mail Lana Marais Pienaar the Cazabella President I get told the 14 day guarantee period has passed and that is that. Further more she then proceeds to give me attitude on a Public Forum and instigates her Cazzabella agents to attack me on said forum after pretending to misunderstand my concerns. Cazabella's handbags are a pathetically bad product and consumers should think twice before spending money on such *******. As for Lana Marais Pienaar she should be ashamed of herself as she is little better than a *****.
