Cayley Mountain Resort Vacation Club Share Block (Pty) Ltd

I joined this company March 2017, but i had challenges with my finances and i can't keep up with my levies now i want to terminate the contract. The main issue is i bought timeshare with approximately R95 000.00 and they want to take it with R42 000.00 my question(s) is what lead or caused this amount to drop soo drastically? Why are they not sending the document showing such great loss and how it occurs? Why are they determining the selling and buying price? Kind Regards,
