Hotel Investment at Cayley Mountain Resort

Please be ware of investment opportunity at Cayley Mountain Resort. In September 2018 I went for business presentation on how to invest in a resort, we took opportunity to invest in a resort . They told us that to deposit a week is R9200 then there is monthly fee as well but we agreed on paying for 2 months until we finish for registration to take place. In October 2018 we paid R4200 then the rest was going to be paid end of November 2018 ,later on we decided to cancel the deal not to go ahead with it and wanted our money back. Mr Martin Botha told us that there is no refund on the R4200 that was paid which was registration fee. I must say I am highly disappointed on such treatment how can they not have penalty fee because to my understanding there were supposed to charge us certain penalty fee and refund us back our money.
