Booking was canceled but no refund received

I Made a booking for one night at cayley lodge (16 Decemeber), due to my mother in law passing away 3 days prior to the booking, i was not able to go ahead with the booking. I cancelled on the 13 December and was informed that the amount of R995 will be paid back into my account within 24 to 48 hours, today the 28 December i still have not received any money back. I called [URL Removed] , cayley lodge and apparently the head office on *** but no one is able to help me, After getting transfered 9 time and spending 36 min on the phone holding for the correct department the contact person just cut the call. Bad Bad service
