Worst service ever

Worst service I have ever received, I ordered parts for my bike on the 16th of January 2018. After waiting 3 months with no indication that they were planning on delivering I asked for a refund as it is fully within my rights. Now they refuse to give me my money back but also refusing to deliver my parts. I paid more than 10k for nothing. Everytime I call to try and find out what is happening they tell me they will call me back and nothing ever happens.
