Selling Dreams and Broken Motorbikes

Bought a Ducati a week ago and it's still with a mechanic how can you put a bike on the floor and put a price on it without checking it, and they have a nerve of telling you to go choose another bike, I asked for a loan bike and I was offered a vf and I refused because I am used to superbikes and I was not given an option it was a take it or liv it, he also **** that he was getting the dealer principal involved and when I asked to speak to the dealer principal he said he was taking decisions and he didn't careless about me being a cuatomer , i wonder what happens to the new riders and I will not recommend Cayenne to any biker because of the treatment I received today, signed and insured the bike but still don't have it , I was sold Air and I had to attend a Rally tomorrow all my plans have to be cancelled because of them. I will not liv it here I will alert most bikers if not all bikers about my experience at Cayenne, simply because they forget that they are in business and they are rendering a service and it's not free we paying for it. Don't push your agendas give us the service
