Poor service of my bike to the point of damage

This is the second service in a row that I am totally unsatisfied with. The previous service my bike's shaft nut & bolt was so tight that I needed to take it to a service center to loosen it so that I could tighten my chain which the Cayenne Service Center said cannot be tightened at all. Up and till I tightened my chain there was a sound of the chain obviously too loose. After tightening it and spraying it with chain lubricant the noise was gone and the bike road fine until today's service. I unfortunately could not return directly to the Cayenne Service Center as I had an emergency at my workplace. On my way from the Cayenne Service Center to my workplace in Carslworld I heard a weird noise as if something was hitting/s****ing against something, after dealing with the work emergency I went straight to a Kawasaki dealership in Centurion who then evaluated and showed me what the situation was. The shaft's bolt & nut was once again so tight that they struggled to loosen it but also showed that the wheel was skew and was hitting/s****ing the chain. The chain also was hitting/s****ing the exhaust and engine. As result the damage to the chain and sprocket is damaged to such an extent that if it does not get replaced this week, the possibility of it breaking is very high where if this did not happen I would have had enough safety time to have my chain, sprocket and wheel replaced by the end of the month. I have approximately another year of service agreement with Cayenne but am rethinking of using or advocating Cayenne at all.
