I saw an ad on the internet about how i could trade in my motorcycle and that they had an amazing team. I was hoping to downgrade and save a bit of money by doing deal asap.<br> The first salesman handed me over to an Africans chap who was helpful. Later i was palmed off to another salesman...so yes between three salesmen i couldn't be aptly attended to.<br> Clearly the finance section and sales have no proper dialogue as i had to do all my own follow up calls<br> Finally the bike that i settled for that was on special was not available as i was told that he was trying to source one as they had all been sold<br> If you want to keep a customer make sure it's one salesman
