No service no communication

<p>We went to cayenne kayalami in the beginnig of jan 2017 we walk in every one is friendly but every time a diffrent person helps you cause the previous one has vannish at last a guy with the name Glen help us we look at the black zx14 we payed cash we waited a week for them to service and make sure everything is fine no problem hubby ask Glen for a quote on tyres as the bike is still with them no word dont hear anything from glen in that 2 weeks we had to phone every time to fine out where the qoute is and when will we receive our bike at last we receive our bike and as you guest no qoute and when hubby ask about it he said no we have to go in why not just sent n few qoutes or told us in the beginnig we have to go in. We have the bike for almost 2 weeks still no paper work we had to phone again no he needs proof of id and address its at their office ok we email it to him today the 1 feb 2017 we had to phone him again no he ask for the same documents if we did not phone Glen again we wouldnt know he still needs the documents we sent it again really is this how it works we do a cash deal and after thats finish you dont get service at all and no one cares. We understand things happen but really if we knew that the service was like this we would have gone to fire it up instead. </p>
