Took my bike in for repairs after it just died while riding, 1st I was told its the battery, it dead. They went ahead to replace the battery, on Thursday I collected the bike. On Friday the bike died again. Bike was taken back to cayenne. Saturday i called n spoke to Ruan, he said it's the regulator. The whole week was without my bike. On Saturday morning I collected the bike rode extensively to test it..I was satisfied the problem was resolved. Sunday morning after riding to the nearest store, the bike didn't start again. Twas collected n back at cayenne. All this in a period 2 and half weeks. Now I wait and wait, as if that's not enough it seems they themselves dont know what is the problem. I am being told probabilities not definite. All in the while I'm inconvenienced. Bike is still under 2 yr warranty..purchased it this year. So the wait continues..I hate the fact I have to do the \ follow-ups"on progress. This is soo annoying. We buy with you for peace of mind"
