Cashflow problems?

On Monday 29 January I concluded a sale with Cayenne where they purchased my 2008 Harley Sportster from me. The written agreement was that they will effect payment within 7 working days. Up until the 13 February I still received no payment from them- that is after numerous phone calls and emails. I am now wondering whether they have cashflow problems. Be very careful when doing bussiness with Cayenne!
